Employment » There are two categories of employees at MPI: production and administration

Production
Production workers machine and rework parts. Production continues two and one-half shifts a day, five days a week. Many production jobs require the ability to read and comprehend blueprints as well as calipers and/or micrometers.

Administration
All administrative positions, which range from clerical to production and management, are supportive of the production effort. The following are professional and technical specialties: Estimating; Planning and Scheduling; Purchasing; Expediting; Human Resources; Quality Assurance/Inspection; Accounting and Finance.
