At Miller Precision Manufacturing Industries, Inc., we continue to expand both our production capabilities and expertise in the manufacturing of precision parts and components. We have worked with a variety of industries, including aerospace, chemical, marine, optical, electronic, defense, and many more with our precision CNC milling services. We provide a full spectrum of CNC milling processes, which include boring, burnishing, countersinking, drilling, pocketing, profiling, reaming, threading, and tapping. These capabilities can be applied to parts that have a maximum length of 84”, 35.43” in width, and 39.37” in height. Our facility is equipped with a range of precision 3 and 4 axis milling equipment that is capable of achieving tolerances of ±0.0005” for straightness and concentricity, and ±0.0002” for inner & outer diameter.

We can work with a wide range of materials, such as steels, aluminum, iron, brass, copper, titanium, and zinc-aluminum, as well as polymers such as ABS, Nylon, Phenolic, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, PVC, PTFE, and much more. Our capabilities expand beyond CNC milling to provide additional value added services. We can work with you on assembly and CAD design, as well as provide heat treating, painting, plating, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.

Our team can handle small quantity production as well as high volume manufacturing. Our services also include prototyping or specialty production. We can provide pick-up and delivery services in the following states: Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Michigan.
